Personalized Meditation Training

Just as the words say, a meditation guide will guide someone else. This may be done through differant breathing techniques or guiding you through specific imagery. this can be done through video or in person. You say you want to learn to meditate... I will guide you through the process.

Mindfulness meditation is the most popular form of meditation. Originating from Buddhist teachings, you pay attention to your thoughts as they pass through your mind. Our minds flectuate between states of attention and distraction. As we go through our day many different thoughts pop in and out of our mind and then our mind moves to something else. We all have many different thoughts and concerns in our daily lives that hold our attention for a bit and then it moves to the next theme. This is called "popcorn mind."

The external reality or our surroundings are taken in by our senses, then processed through our mind. We truly never perceive an external object the way it truly is because it's combined with memories and things or people we associate with it. Our internal reality is seen more clearly through our awareness of bodily functions like breathing or heartbeat. Either internal or external object can help us focus and teach us to meditate.
